Many of the nail art trends that I talked about in my Nail Polish Trends for 2017 posts are still trending for Spring. As well as a few new trends that are Spring inspired that I wanted to share with you. I think my favorite trend for Spring is the gemstone inspired nail art. (see below) Today I’m sharing this opal nail art but turquoise is another popular one! Although I love the opal for Spring because of it’s naturally light colors and iridescent qualities. For holiday nail art this year I’m all about the sparkle! Whether it’s full on bling or subtle hints of gold, I’m all over it. The good thing about adding some sparkle to your mani/pedi routine is that it doesn’t need to be difficult. For Spring nail art I’m all about the easier and simpler designs. I spent the winter dotting and dabbing to try and conquer tricky nail designs but now that the weather is warming up, I really want some easy nail art that gives me more time outside.
