This morning I wanted to share some red, white and blue accessories for July 4th! I’m so ready to hop on that boat and sail off into the fireworks!! Holidays like July 4th, I think it’s fun to wear something cute and festive. Anchors have always been my go-to pattern and the red, white and blue colors fit right into play. Check out some of my faves:
chambray anchor shirt
american flag keychain
gold anchor stud earrings
anchor iPhone case
red and white scrunchi
gold anchor ring
jack rogers sandals
I always like to change up my hair a bit from season to season and Summer is no different. I found some really cute hair styles that I can’t wait to try. I’m especially loving the twisted pigtail braids (second pic) and if you click through the link, there’s a really easy tutorial on how to get the look! Check it out:

This morning I wanted to share some of my fashion favorites for May! I’ve been finding it helpful to map out an inspiration board for outfits (especially when packing) as it offers a visual guide. Summer vacations are right around the corner and unfortunately I’m the type of packer if I don’t plan my outfits in advance, I end up with more bottoms than tops or vice versa! Take a look:
beach tote – I’m obsessed with the color and those rope handles!!
palm tree stud earrings – been wearing these on repeat while I wait for things to warm up
pink sunglasses – I love the shape of these, classic with a twist of chic
endless wave ring – the hammered finish on this ring adds a touch of sparkle
beach iPhone case – I like my iPhone case to match my vacation 😉
linen sandals – just slip these puppies on and go!
cutout halter dress – organic cotton everything, please
This morning I wanted to share some Spring hair inspiration. The beginning of every season is always a good time to refresh your hairstyle. For Spring, since it’s a pretty busy season for me, I typically lean towards quick hairstyles that don’t require much time but still look cute. One of my favorites is the top knot with the added twist of a small braid. It looks chic and only requires minimal effort!
This is the hairstyle I was telling you about. Super quick and effortless! via pinterest
I don’t know about you but I really get into the Christmas spirit as soon as the sun sets on Thanksgiving! I’ve already started decorating although I’m not quite finished. So I thought a little inspiration could come in handy to get my butt in gear and wrap up the holiday touches on my home.

Who else has already started planning their coastal tablescape for Thanksgiving? I actually started planning three or four weeks ago. I blame this on my type A personality and some weird need inside me that wants everything to be perfect. ugh! Any-hoo, I thought I would share my coastal Thanksgiving inspiration with you because tablescapes are hard or at least I find them challenging and it’s nice to have something to guide the whole process along.
