I don’t know what it is about the combination of swimsuits and sweaters that just feels a little extra cozy.  Something about the juxtaposition just feels right, especially as we move towards the end of Summer and head into Fall.  While Summer is my absolute favorite season, I also really enjoy the cusp of Summer to Fall.  It’s a special time of year when it’s still warm enough to go to the beach but cool enough at night to get cozy by the bonfire and snuggle up in some cozy knits!

Dressing Up for Spring with Free People

This Winter has been so funny!  A snow storm one night and the next day it’s 50 – 60 degrees.  I’m taking this as a sign that Spring is coming sooner than later this year!  Which means it’s time to take a look at the Spring fashion trends so I can update my wardrobe!!  Lately I’ve been loving all the cute new Spring dresses from Free People.  (Among other things that I’m sharing today!)

Free People Late Summer LookBook 2018

I love these Summer outfits from Free People!  Especially ones that have a casual look but still feel put together.  As much as I love casual outfits, I’m not down for looking sloppy.  Check out the one-piece striped jumper/romper?  Not sure what to call it but I think it perfectly achieves that casual yet put-together look!

Free People Summer Beach Look Book 2018

It’s probably no surprise that Summer is my favorite season and that the beach is my favorite place.  So it’s probably also not a surprise that I’m kind of in love with this wave tee (shown below) from Free People!  I’m still trying to decide which color I like the best.  Did I mention that the purchase of this tee helps hurricane victims in Puerto Rico? (love that!)  They still need our help and support and this is a fabulous way to do just that.

Free People Spring 2017 LookBook

I loved these new looks from Free People for Spring 2017 that I just had to share!  Not to mention the location looks like my dream home (tropical plants, pool and sunshine)!!  I’m head over heels for the cover up (shown immediately below!).  As well as the off-the-shoulder top in the last picture.  I fell in love with the off-the-shoulder trend from last year and I’m very excited that it’s continuing for 2017.  Take a peek:
