I’m excited to share this Hawaiian beach cottage with you! It’s nestled in among age-old trees and tropical fauna. Before you even walk through the front door, you know this is going to be a beautiful home. Take a walk through:
You’ll notice there are plenty of areas in this home to lounge around with friends or use as reading nooks
Like this one for example, such a sweet reading nook!
I’m obsessed with the pitched ceiling!
I think I need some oars hanging on my living room walls
I spy another reading nook and a gorgeous antique safe
Lots of gorgeous brass fixtures in this home as well
Once again I’m sharing my love for a tiny house. This one is like a mini beach cottage on wheels!! It stands with only a mere 150 square feet of living space but all 150 square feet are adorable. I spotted this tiny beach house on Tiny House Town. You can actually rent it (click link to see rental details). Which might be a good idea to test drive, if you were seriously considering buying a tiny house. Scroll down to check out this tiny beach house!
There are so many beachy/nautical details like the posts on this bed
Check out the mermaid knob on the bathroom door!
Loving this bathroom sink!
I love the idea of keeping colorful bowls and glasses out for display
I love the beachy slates and tiny deck on this tiny house!
Because what girl doesn’t want to live in a tiny pink cottage on a beach in the Bahamas?! This place is so adorable. I’ve long advocated my love of tiny homes and while I wouldn’t call this “tiny” it does have a small home feel. There’s a coziness here that’s created with a variety of textures (lots of wicker!) and beachy shades of aquas and blues. Scroll down to take the tour!
This porch swing is the best one ever!!

I’m so excited to share this light-filled beach cottage with you that I spotted on Elle Decor! It’s filled with soothing pastel colors and perfectly styled bookcases (which makes me want to rearrange my own!). However my most favorite thing about this home is actually the staircase, shown immediately below. It’s very simply painted but cleverly done to give off that coastal vibe. Take a look!
I’m in love with this desk!
What is it about simplicity and Summer? When you just need a swimsuit, a beach towel and a cool refreshing drink to get by. For some reason it seems we need twice as much stuff for all the other seasons? I’ve never understood it but rather choose to just enjoy the simple things of Summer while they last. This Hawaii beach cottage on the island of Maui is just one of those things. A simple stunner of a beach house that’s been carefully designed from an old carriage house, not to include more than one really needs.
I love the simple decor and openness of this space
At first glance this rustic dinning table seems like nothing more than a shifty old table, but at second glance I noticed the all natural legs and my heart went boom-boom
In love with these pillows!
I love that they put printed wallpaper in between the beams!!
and continued it into the bathroom
This outdoor seating has my heart!
I use the term beach “cottage” lightly because this home is definitely on the larger side but still filled with effortless coastal style! I’m trying to decide between the master bedroom and the kitchen as my favorite room in this house. The kitchen is one of those gorgeous white kitchens that I could never be trusted in with a glass of red wine but still dream about none the less. While the master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling with its own private deck and one of those cute round windows! Take the tour:
This is the private deck off the master bedroom
That gorgeous white kitchen I was telling you about!
I love how the kitchen has little pops of turquoise and aqua!
The master bedroom, isn’t it dreamy?

For the past several years I’ve been slightly obsessed with the tiny house movement. I always love seeing inside them and the creative and beautiful things that people do with their tiny homes! This tiny house really caught my eye though because it has more of a cottage feel to it with creeping vines and rustic benches. My favorite part is the enclosed patio. Take the tour:
517 feet of cuteness!
Not sure if I could sleep up there for fear of rolling off in the middle of the night but I do love that the “bedroom” has it’s own skylight
My one grief with tiny house tours is that they almost never show the bathroom. Unfortunately this tour is no different. I’m over here like, “Hello? Can I see your bathroom? I’m nosey!”
My favorite spot!
