I think what I love most about this Australian apartment and what really made me want to share it with you, is that it doesn’t feel like an apartment. It feels like a very chic beachside bungalow. Which is really just design at its best! Because at the heart of it, isn’t design really about making your home feel a certain way? Whichever way that is for you. I personally like my home to feel open and breezy, so it’s no surprise that I’m drawn to a lot of white, a lot of windows and more minimalist designs. This is another reason I love this home! I would say this apartment hits the coastal minimalism nail on the head. Take a look:
Loving these beachy bedroom vibes!
I’m eyeing that wall hanging and that little dog too
I like big plants and I can not lie…
Have I ever mentioned how much I love oversized framed mirrors especially when they have a bit of a rustic or old world charm to them? Well, I do!
I love the kitchen trend of different upper cabinets and lowers
If I ever have open shelving, I pray that it will look this clean and beautiful all the time. Amen.
Just one more look at the bedroom before you go!

How good is this beach house?! I’m loving all the white with pops of rustic wood accents. Oh and how much do I love the mermaid scale shower in the bathroom?!! Sooo much! There is even more than that to love about this beach house though. Take a look:
I could really use some of those chair/bean bags in my life!
Have you ever fallen in love with a door frame? Asking for a friend.

Happy April! I’m kicking off this month with a bright white beach house. Which seemed fitting because it’s officially Spring and a white refresh feels spot on for that! Not to mention, you all know how much I love myself an all white beach house! This beach house happens to be renovated from an older one but I can’t even tell. I swear it looks brand new! Take a peek:
It’s all about the views!
I love how clean and refined this kitchen is!!
I love how they made the most of the views by having the living room and dining area together!
Swooning over that bath tub!!

What’s better than a beach house scattered with anchors, pops of turquoise and vibrant plant life? Nothing! Absolutely nothing! Which is why I fell in love with this Aussie beach house located in Newcastle, Australia. Between the kitchen backsplash and the anchored entryway, I’m not sure what I love more. Check it out:
Love this kitchen!

I recently discovered Rolla’s, an Australian based denim brand based out of Melbourne. Owner and designer couple, Andy Paltos and Sarah Gilsenan are the creative pair behind the brand. Their style is simple 70’s mixed with modern clean lines (probably why I love it so much!). Originally working for Wrangler before starting their own denim line, Andy and Sarah wanted to create something that represented their own heritage and identity. (Love that!) P.S. Their line is also available in U.S. shops!
Love this look!
Just give me all the stripes!
By now I’m sure you’ve realized how much I love a super casual home (and if not, now you do!) I love my home decor to have natural fabrics, pieces that are easy to clean and still look beautiful. I don’t enjoy living rooms that I can’t just plunk myself down in or dining rooms that are only reserved for special occasions. These reasons and many more are why I wanted to share this Australian beach home with you! Take the tour:
This outdoor space is everything!
Bamboo dining chairs? Yes, please!
White kitchens with rustic old cutting boards have my heart.
These straw baskets?/vases? are AWESOME
