What’s better than a beach house scattered with anchors, pops of turquoise and vibrant plant life? Nothing! Absolutely nothing! Which is why I fell in love with this Aussie beach house located in Newcastle, Australia. Between the kitchen backsplash and the anchored entryway, I’m not sure what I love more. Check it out:
Love this kitchen!
Great place to store seaside treasures
This place just exudes an effortless beachy vibe

Going GA-GA! over this nautical beach house designed by Amanda Webster!! Wait till you see the mermaid-licious tiles that are throughout the home. Oh yeah and the views aren’t too shabby either. Wait till you see:
How’s that backsplash? Wait till you check out the bathrooms!
I love the simple idea of lining the staircase with seashells!
I too share an obsession with blue glass bottles

Today’s tiny house is located on Fire Island. Have you ever been to Fire Island? Well if you haven’t, you need to go! It’s located off of NY state and it’s one of those adorable islands you find along the mid-Atlantic. There are no cars allowed on the island, instead you can get a red wagon to tote your stuff from one place to the other. This is the stuff my dreams are made of! Oh and that tiny house I mentioned? Sooo cute!! You’ve got to take a look:
Can you imagine this path leading to your front door?!
White living at its best!
Only 410 sq feet!
I love how everything is cleanly and neatly displayed, even in the bathroom
Outdoor shower for the win
one of those red wagons I was telling you about
I love a good simple beach house! I’ve said it before, there’s no need to crowd a seaside home with “stuff” when the real focus is on the views. With that being said, it doesn’t mean you have to be such a minimalist that your home doesn’t have any style. On the contrary, it’s just focusing on choosing a few beautiful pieces that don’t overwhelm the blue hues of the ocean outside your windows.
I got my eye on that mirror, so pretty!!
I love this dining space just as much as I love those views!
Oh white kitchens are my favorite! I feel like they’re on their way out (trendwise) but I still love them just the same.
How much do you love this wallpaper?!!
I love all white. All white, all the time. Probably why I fell in love with this Sydney beach house! I love the way the all white decor really makes the green in the plants pop out, as well as the beautiful ocean views!! Not to mention that I’m a little obsessed with the jungle that is outdoor space. Check it out:
Those views are everything! I love how the furniture seems to frame the ocean.
Reclaimed doors for my beach house bedroom? Yes, please!
I’m still loving that large calm bowl trend!
There’s only a few plants in this room but the all white decor makes them pop!
I’ve got my eye on that chair!
It’s a jungle out there kiddies!
I’d give this bathroom a 13/10
Did I ever mention how much I love carved wood? Because I do.

Are you ready to see this oh-so-gorgeous home located in Greece off the Mediterranean Sea?! This minimalist home doesn’t need much, just some beautiful blue hues, soft linens and other natural materials. Because when you have such gorgeous views like the Meditteranean Sea you really don’t need much else! Check out what I’m talking about:
I love the juxtaposition of the soft blue window frames and the white sofa
Did you notice how this light ties in with the candle holders from the entry way?
Those crazy long pendant lights have my ❤ !!!
I’m starting to think every home should have candle cut-outs in their hallways!
soft linens with ocean views? yes please!!
