Egg Souffle Recipe

Lately I’ve been thinking about throwing brunch at my place. {Unlimited mimosas at Jen’s!} No brunch is complete without an egg dish. My favorite being the egg souffle. I found this recipe on Bluebonnets + Brownies. Since I don’t eat meat I thought I could swap out the ham with maybe some kale or asparagus.
